Want to be included in our HSM database?

Send us an email if you'd like to be included on our HSM parent database! You can email Kristi Shannon at Kristine.shannon.495@gmail.com and leave your email address, who you are the parents of, and what grade they are in.

Where do I get a permission slip? 

Click here to download a HSM Permission Form to be completed yearly and kept on file in order to participate in events held off-site.   ('the big 4' retreats and the 'national and international outreach' trips, however, do require a specific registration/permission form located in each individual brochure.  These brochures can be downloaded from this High School Ministry website under 'the big 4' or 'hsm outreach', or picked up at VBC as they become available.)

If you are planning on using our Climbing Wall, click here for the Climbing Wall Waiver.  All participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed and signed prior to use of the wall.

How do I find out the location of special events?

Location and directions to special events can be found under our Sunday & Wednesday pages or our Calendar page.  You can also email Kristi Shannon for any information you may need at Kristine.shannon,495@gmail.com .

How do I get involved?

Support from parents is always welcome!  Food donations, chaperoning, driving, and 'behind the scenes' support for special events, community outreach,  and  off-site retreats are just a few examples of ways you can help.   Contact us in the HSM office, we'd love to work with you.

How do I join the HSM Leadership Team?

This awesome team consists of adults who serve as spiritual leaders to HS students and their families.  If you are interested we'd love to hear from you.  Applications are available through the HSM Office and a listing of leaders can be found on the 'hsm leaders' page on this website.
